Brief Report of UFE Fourth Bargaining Session, April 24, 2008

The Bargaining Teams of the UFE and College administration met for the fourth time last Monday, April 21. We continued to develop our understandings of the contract we have proposed, through an exchange of questions and responses prepared in caucus.
Our discussions again were constructive and clarifying. We concluded the session with tentative agreement on an article regarding conflict of interest.
We next meet on May 5th. At the end of May we hope to accelerate the pace of our negotiations.
